About Jaden
I'm a McGill University Finance student with an International Baccalaureate Diploma, having taken Math Analysis & Approaches Higher Level, Physics Higher Level, and Chemistry Higher Level. I scored highly enough in these subjects to gain admission to one of Canada's top universities, so I know exactly what it takes to succeed in them.
I've been on the other side of these exams. I remember what was confusing, what the mark schemes actually reward, and where students lose easy points. That experience is what makes my tutoring different from someone who simply knows the content.

My sessions are built around one thing: getting you more marks on the actual exam.
Before we start, I'll ask what you're working on and where you're losing points. Most students don't fail because they don't understand the content. They fail because they misread what the question is asking, or they write what they know instead of what the mark scheme rewards. Those are fixable problems, and that's where I focus.
A typical session starts with whatever you're stuck on, whether that's a concept that hasn't clicked or an exam question you got wrong. We work through it together, I show you how IB examiners think, and we practice until the approach feels automatic. I don't just explain things and move on. If you're still unsure, we try again a different way.
I've sat those same exams. I know where the easy marks are and I know the traps that catch students who actually understand the material. That's a different kind of help than a tutor who learned the content from a textbook.
Sessions are online via webcam, so no commute. Book a trial and we'll figure out what you need in the first 10 minutes.
