About Steven
Hi my name is Steven, I am a mechanical engineering student studying at McMaster University. I have experience in tutoring young children and all the way to first year university students in casual environments. I have tutored subjects such as algebra, calculus, chemistry and physics.

I base my teaching on communicating the reason for learning a topic and it's practical applications to encourage a student's engagement with a subject. I am quite flexible and patient with students to tackle any academic difficulties. Typically during sessions I would help students with topics and concepts that were especially difficult to grasp during day school. I occasionally teach further in the curriculum to ease the learning process during day school.
