About Agneau
I am a dedicated Mechanical Engineer, specialising in mathematics, physics, and applied engineering principles. My academic background gives me a strong command of the subjects I teach, and I bring that clarity into every lesson. Students can expect a tutor who is patient, organised, and genuinely invested in their progress.
I take pride in maintaining a high standard of professionalism — from punctuality and preparation to the way I communicate complex ideas in a simple, structured way. My lessons are designed to build confidence, strengthen understanding, and help students achieve the grades they are aiming for.
With experience supporting GCSE and A‑Level learners, I understand the challenges students face and how to guide them through difficult topics step by step. Whether a student needs help catching up, wants to improve exam technique, or is aiming for top grades, I create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and developing their skills.
My goal is always the same: to help students feel capable, confident, and fully prepared — not just for their exams, but for the subjects they will encounter in further study.

I focus on building strong conceptual understanding first, then reinforcing it through guided practice and exam‑style problem solving. My approach blends:
1. Step‑by‑step explanations that break complex ideas into manageable parts.
2. Active problem‑solving, where students learn by doing rather than just listening.
3. Real‑world engineering examples to make maths and physics more intuitive.
4. Diagnostic questioning to identify gaps and strengthen weak areas.
5. Structured revision strategies tailored to exam boards like AQA, Edexcel, and OCR.
I adapt my teaching style to each student — whether they need confidence building, deeper challenge, or clearer foundations.
