5 years at Pipe Completion Department in Brazil (since factory startup and 3 as Engineering Leader) , one of the main responsibles for the training programs (Engineering teams, other related departments, supply chain and production) and also part of all project management and strategic planning teams.

I believe I have excellent communication skills and I like to keep things simple. I focus on motivating people and making them think about the subject by bringing real or hypothetical situations. This way we learn together and might even in the end find a better solution than the one I planned before.
First step is to identify the needs (it could be via subject suggestion) and define a scope. An organized agenda is essential for a good meeting/workshop/presentation. Then we define together the expectations and the final goal to pursue. After this we go together through a step-by-step approach.
The main difference between this and a standard software training is that I am not only teaching the features, I am presenting non-typical combination of them in order to achieve some very customized goals, where most of them I have seen during my industrial, management and design experiences or studies.
