My teaching approach revolves around building a fundamental understanding of the topic through real application based problem solving. Learning new and abstract concepts can be quiet difficult without seeing how it applies to the real world, thus it's important to provide a real world connections. This concept can and has been proven to be effective for all ages ranging from middle school to graduate level studies.
My undergraduate degree is in Mechanical Engineering and Physics while my Masters will be in Mechanical Engineering (Advanced Systems and Mechanics), both from the University of Connecticut. I have teaching experience from working as a sailing instructor and as a tutor for math and physics. I am experienced in numerical methods and coding, advanced mathematics, advanced physics, and mechanical engineering topics.
