About Dan
Recent Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Dundee with aspirations to complete a masters in Robotics.
I have been tutoring for 2 months now, helping 5 students so far with Maths, Physics and Mechanical Engineering disciplines in the Dundee area. This was enough time to see one of my students achieve highly in their December Maths examination!

My approach to learning is to study the fundamental theory of a subject before mastering practical technique.
With this approach you see the possibilities of the subject, learning 'why' before 'how' . This for me ignites a deep sense of motivation and curiosity.
Incremental goal setting helps achieve a linear progression and maintain motivation.
And finally, to quote my A-level maths teacher "Practice! Practice! Practice!"
