About Imani
My goal is for my tutees to have a solid foundation a math. Math is very important and is a gateway to many STEM related subjects. I intend to teach so that students feel comfortable and have an understanding of the subject.

About the lesson

By learning where the student is in their level of understanding in the subject gives me an idea of where to start teaching them from. Every student learns differently and I have to adjust myself accordingly to accomodate their learning style.
The fact that I am a college student, very close to graduation, the knoweledge of these subjects are still very fresh to me. I have a passion of math and have always loved it. I want students to grow up with a solid foundation in mathematics and not be scared of the subject. I am prepared to teach anywhere between basic math to college level calculus.
