My Method of Teaching is all based on understanding. I believe that you should always make sure that the student or learner understands the topic and understands the real life application of the topic. I believe that it is almost impossible to forget something you understand. Since the biggest problem that any student can come across is forgetting then understanding is the biggest solution.
