About Shiv
I am a 4th year mechanical engineering student at loughborough University. My aim is to help school students not be intimidated by Mathematics and Physics, as with the right approach these subjects are for the most interesting to learn, as this can be applied to solve real world problems.

My approach will be to prioritise at specific areas of difficulty and help the student resolve these. Furthermore I will look to establish a long term goal ( achieve a certain GCSE or A level grade), and refer back to this target over the course of the lesson, in order to ensure progress is being made. The aim of the tutoring lesson will be to help learn the students to find answers rather than specifically tell them exactly every step of a method. This should help students be able to better cope with learning new topics in the future.
Classes can be 60 or 90 minutes depending on the specific requirements of the student. Lessons will conducted via video calls.
