About Adam
Hi, my name is Adam and I am a second-year Mechatronics engineering student at the University of Glasgow. I have previously tutored a student to A grades in Maths and Physics but I can tutor any level up to Advanced Higher. In our sessions, we will work through problems together and I openly encourage you to ask questions and challenge what I'm doing. I prioritize understanding and hope this means that you will be able to work through problems with great success away from our sessions. I like to keep things relaxed and casual so that the stress of exams doesn't reach our sessions. All the best in your exam journey!

Previously I have tutored over zoom and found great success in sharing my tablet screen in order to go through the problem step by step. This means the student and I can work through the problem slowly meaning the student has time to ask questions and write down notes. I openly encourage conversation over the problems we cover to allow the student to reach a deeper level of understanding. A standard session length is 1 hour and I usually charge £20-£30 depending on the exam level. I am happy to tutor any student sitting N5, Higher or Advanced Higher Maths and Physics.
