I believe in small group or individual teaching - as this method helps in focusing on problems faced by each student- and helps in clearing the concept at individual level.
A typical plan for any topic starts with discussion regarding the basic knowledge of students for the topic and what to expect at the end of class. Small steps taken with distribution of topic among few students, explaining the concepts gradually with feedback at regular intervals- leads to better understanding.
The students in class may vary from 5th to 10th standard.
