About Josh
I believe my strong passion for medicine, physiology and extended sciences will bring genuine enthusiasm to my lessons. I'm always up for learning new things, with my student selected component being focused on planetary health. I love to meet new people and help out in any way I can - that's why I'm a medic! Outside of my studies I'm an active member of QUB SwotUp society and will never say no to a day on the water as a member of Queens Sailing club.

I approach tutoring with a focus on understanding over memorisation. I break down complex concepts into clear explanations, use active learning techniques like discussions and practice questions with emphasis on exam technique. My lessons are typically 1 hour long, but I can adjust based on the student's needs.
