Toby helped me massively with my chemistry A level. He created detailed sessions to help me understand what I couldn’t get from lessons and mixed in exam questions to help with the application of the content to the exam. He also had a good understanding of when I needed help or if I needed to figure it out for myself, giving me more motivation to feel I could revise effectively away from school.

I’m currently in the process of resitting my A-levels, and Toby has been a huge help. He has a brilliant understanding of the entire course and makes even the hardest topics much easier to grasp. His teaching is really effective, and I’ve picked things up much faster with him than before.

He’s also great at using active recall, asking the right questions to reinforce understanding rather than just memorisation. I feel much more confident approaching exam questions and would highly recommend him!
