About Khaleel
I am Khaleel, a Medical Student at Newcastle University. I completed my A levels at RGS Newcastle in the following subjects; Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Sports Studies (AS). I am confident in tutoring these subjects to both GCSE and A level as well as offering help in University Applications (personal statements, interview preparation and applying to Medicine). I have been tutoring since 2018.

My teaching method very much focuses on the student's understanding of the topic. It is key to build their understanding of the knowledge so that they can apply this to exam questions rather than learning how to deal with common exam questions. I aim to adapt my teaching to suit the student in order for them to obtain the best out of my sessions. Whether the student be a visual or verbal learner, I have a vast resource bank which I plan to use in sessions to benefit students in learning and exam practice.
I aim to help all kinds of students as I vary my approach to suit the student best and try to aim for the maximum possible grade. A typical lesson will focus on either a topic or unit. I will start by assessing the student's initial knowledge, then (if needed) boosting their knowledge and understanding to the required level before tackling some difficult exam questions together and individually.
