About Sophie
I am a medical student at Leeds University and have been tutoring many A-level and GCSE students of all abilities for over a year so believe I have lots of experience (delivered over 100 lessons). I believe I am a passionate tutor who is personable and able help the students develop confidence in their own abilities with a very interactive approach!

My teaching method is very interactive and I like form a good relationship with my pupils so they feel the confidence to ask questions when they don't understand the topic without hesitation. I aim to cover one topic thoroughly per lesson and I always strive to incorporate past paper questions into my lessons at the very end to bring everything I have taught together and see the strengths and weaknesses of the student. I provide lots of useful mnemonics to help students to remember facts which would otherwise be difficult to learn off by heart.
