About Funmi
Hi, I’m Funmi! I’m a medical student going into my 2nd year this September. I achieved A*A*A in maths, biology and chemistry at A-level and scored in the top 1% of my year in the UKCAT medical entrance exam. I look forward to working with you to develop a greater understanding of maths and the sciences, and helping you to fulfil your academic potential!

I believe that teaching should be fun and engaging, so design my sessions with this in mind. I teach in a conversational manner, first aiming to increase the breadth and depth of my students’ understanding. Once a comprehensive understanding is achieved, I challenge the student to apply their knowledge through the use of exam questions. Pre-session and post-session work will be provided when required, alongside regular testing opportunities to assess progress made and set new targets.
