I am a medical student who is passionate about helping others that may be struggling with stress management. I have struggled with stress during my initial days of Medical school, but with the help of those around me I have acquired the skill of dodging the bricks of stress that are constantly thrown at us students.

My techniques of instruction are engaging, in where the student may ask questions and talk about the problems in which they need help dealing with. As I am a student myself, I have been through many stressful scenarios and I know the various situations that individuals may be going thru at their respective age. Classes will be interactive sessions with flexible timings.
We will be working on building your response to stress and managing your emotions. The classes will be crafter around your need and the issues that you would like to address.
