About Vinitha

Currently a first-year medical student with A*AA in A-levels and an A in Further Maths AS Level, I bring experience from tutoring GCSE students and working at Explore Learning. My passion for mathematics, both as a subject and a personal interest, drives me to help students grasp and appreciate its concepts. I am dedicated to tailoring my lessons to each student’s needs, employing various methods such as visual aids and interactive discussions to address different learning styles and challenges. My commitment to creating a supportive environment encourages students to make mistakes and learn from them, fostering a love for learning and deeper understanding. I offer a range of resources to make lessons engaging and comprehensive. I have seen students achieve notable improvements and increased confidence under my guidance. Outside of academics, I enjoy dancing and playing the piano, which enrich my teaching approach and help me connect with students on a personal level. I am flexible with scheduling to accommodate diverse student needs and ensure a productive and enjoyable learning experience.

About the lesson

My teaching style is flexible and tailored to each student’s individual needs, recognizing that everyone learns differently. I employ a variety of methods, such as visual aids and interactive discussions, to effectively address diverse learning styles and challenges. Creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes is central to my approach, as it fosters exploration and a genuine passion for the subject. I provide a range of resources to make lessons engaging and comprehensive.

I have seen great results with my students, including improved grades and increased confidence. My experience tutoring GCSE students and working at Explore Learning has refined my ability to address different learning needs and adapt my methods based on individual progress. Each lesson typically lasts an hour. With A*AA in my A-levels, an A in Further Maths AS Level, and as a first-year medical student, I am deeply committed to helping students achieve their goals and build confidence in their studies. My passion for teaching is driven by a desire to support students in reaching their full potential and developing a love for learning.
