I make sure above all that what I am teaching is both clear and simple, no matter how complex the subject may be! I like to make things fun so that each lecture is unique and never boring.
My name is Tim and I am a medical student working independently as a tutor/instructor. I am also finishing my medical school rotations at the moment.
Growing up with a whole family being sick can be hard. What it can also be is motivating. The illnesses of my parents and their mysterious causes are what influenced me to start my path towards becoming a physician. However, the path I chose was very unorthodox.
At age 13, I was accepted into college and chose to also complete my home-schooled High School curriculum at the same time.
At age 17, I transferred to Michigan State University as a Junior. I was accepted into the prestigious Pre-Medical Residential College known as Lyman Briggs. This was a very challenging time in my life, as I also began working full-time as a Mental Health Technician in a psychiatric hospital. But the challenges got easier as I realized my greatest strength; effectively helping others, especially those with mental illnesses.
I decided to pursue my passion further upon getting accepted into John F. Kennedy University School of Medicine on the beautiful island of Curacao. After a few years of hard work, I finished my Basic Sciences and am currently fulfilling my rotation requirements back
home in the states.
I look forward to sharing my knowledge and helping others.
Thank you for your support!

You will be hard pressed to find someone so dedicated and passionate and eager to share his knowledge. Tim has an ability, a gift if you will, to draw you into a subject... even if it’s something that you never found interesting before. He can explain things in a simple manner but can also hold his own with the most intelligent, intellectual of minds. I predict he will excel in anything he puts his mind to. He comes highly recommended to help you in whatever course you are taking.
I know Tim as he was my student in the Anatomy class at Avalon University, Curacao. He was reliable, dependable, and hard working medical student. He attended all his classes on time and finished all assignments on time, too. He has great knowledge of Botany and its applications in medicine. He was eager to learn about human behavior and asked meaningful questions in the class.
I got the chance to observe him in dissection Hall very closely. He was very friendly with other international students and was also liked by technicians, other physicians, and regular university staff.
As well as his studies, he was very active in the local community: he was an active participant in the Health fair, cultural events, and college activities.
I highly recommend him for whatever field he selects in medicine, or whatever he decides to do. I wish him luck for his future, and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Tim is a best friend of mine, we finished our med school together.
He is a good teacher, makes the concepts easier and understand them very quickly.
I do recommend Tim, he will always do his best.
