About Joe
I'm a medical student at King's College London with a First Class Honours degree in Applied Medical Sciences from UCL. My scientific training means I have a deep, working knowledge of both Maths and Chemistry well beyond A Level — not just enough to teach it, but enough to explain it from multiple angles until it makes sense.
I'm patient, reliable, and straightforward to work with. I know what it takes to perform under pressure in high-stakes exams, and I bring that perspective to every lesson.

My focus is on building real understanding rather than just exam technique. I start each student from where they actually are — identifying gaps and working through them systematically before moving on.
Lessons are fully tailored, typically one hour, and structured around the relevant exam board and specification. I'm comfortable working from past papers and mark schemes as exams approach.
I hold a First Class Honours degree in Applied Medical Sciences from UCL and am currently training as a doctor at King's College London. I teach Maths and Chemistry at GCSE and A Level, suited to students aged 14–18 looking to build confidence or push for top grades.
