About Coach Lee

March 27, 2019, a divine intervention took place. This is where my whole life changed. What I feel and would like to call a first-hand encounter with the source, the divine infinite intelligence that innately lives deep within us all. A profound sense of love fell upon me. This gave me a whole new perspective on life and made me realise that other than LOVE, I understood that growth and contribution is one of the best forms of fulfilment life can offer. Helping and aiding towards prosperity. A wise man once said, "any person who contributes to prosperity must prosper in turn". Life to me is to be lived from a state of joy, Inspiring people, helping to elevate the minds of those who have a desire to reach a higher state of consciousness, achieving a point of realisation and a greater sense of awareness of what one is capable of and what one can potentially achieve. Before this significant date, I grew a great desire for personal development, I started altering patterns, changing my diet, changing habits, abstaining from the things I watched to the type of music I listened to. I found out that a whole new personality literally equalled a whole new personal reality. I discovered that helping people unlock their true potential is one of the greatest achievements and feeling one can obtain, and it's the feeling that gets the blessing, meaning the way you feel, whether it be negative or positive, will attract to you, that of what you feel in your heart. Our thoughts and feelings create our reality. Along my journey and after much striving I learned that by unlearning and relearning we possess great power that can alter our world if we make the choice for it to be so. There are two types of people in the world I say, those who want more and those who settle. Which one are you? Credential I am an accredited elite life coach IAPC&M certified, level 5 incorporating NLP and hypnotherapy. I have experience in breaking down the habit of the old self to form the new self. You have all of the power and capability within you to create the life of your dreams, I am here to be of service and to help with that. Attentive to your prosperity.

About the lesson

Hi everyone I am coach Lee, I am a life coach, skilled in hypnotherapy and spiritual conscious advisor. I have a human need for growth and contribution. I have a passion for self development, meditation and helping people achieve more and helping them to unlock potential and helping people to simply relax now, to relax in this moment, to be able to simply relax whenever you want would something great, wouldn’t it? Shutting out from the outside world and shutting in, turning into your inner world this is why I run this class, so that others can also experience a greater connection of which already resides inside everyone Eye just help you towards strengthening that connection, the connection to inner peace, the connection to relaxation, the connection to the inner you!!

I was recommended Coach Lee at Liv2cr8coaching by a friend some time ago.
I have a medical condition and it was the day of my follow up scan appointment. I was feeling extremely nervous and displaying the symptoms of anxiety. So extreme, I strongly felt that I would not attend.
I was not sure why at the time, but with Coach Lee’s help, I now know that it was due to me going back to the same places and doing the same process that I did when I first got my diagnosis. The appointment was triggering a fight or flight trauma response.

I remembered my friend telling me about the support she received from Coach Lee following her diagnosis and decided I would reach out.
By the time I did this, I only had a short amount of time before my appointment. Through a quick chat, Coach Lee was able to identify exaclty what it was i needed at that moment in time.
Coach Lee was very accommodating and we agreed to do a quick relaxation hypnotherapy session to help calm my nervous system and help me get over some of the anxiety I was feeling.

I have to say it was the best thing I did and I would recommend it to any one!

He made me feel very relaxed and through the technique he was using I could feel my anxiety leaving me and pure calming relaxation take over. It gave me the courage to attend the appointment as I was not in fight or flight mode because he had spoken to my subconscious mind and took me out of it.

Whilst I was waiting for the appointment I found myself doing the breathing and visualisation exercise that we did in the session, which was really helpful to keep me calm whilst in the waiting area.

This has provided me with a window of opportunity to see areas that I need to heal from, due to past painful experiences and medical trauma associated to that.

The session we had was over Zoom, which is really good because it is done in real time and I can see that I can fit it into my busy life! Rather than having to travel, it also makes it easier because we can do the session in an environment that is relaxing for me rather then having to go somewhere new. I deal with anxiety, I struggle with new places/people sometimes.

Coach Lee has a relaxing and calming aura about him, his voice is easy on the ear and you cannot help but to relax, he was a real comfort during a challenging time.

As I said before, I would 10000 times over recommended Liv2Cr8coaching and I will be doing more sessions with Coach Lee to help me move forward as part of my healing journey, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
