About Megan

Megan, certified yoga teacher since February 2018, teaching 6-8 classes per week. I love my job. I also love music. Music and yoga combine is actually perfect. I would love to travel all around the world. I am studying in "naturothérapie", which help me deepen my knowledges on the functioning of the body. In February 2019, I am going to Australia with my boyfriend in a yoga center retreat. I am going to teach and my boyfriend will do some house-keeping. I have finish my high school for sure! I have my 200hrs certification yoga teacher. I am going to be certified naturothérapeute in February.

About the lesson

Megan, teaching hatha, flow, detente, yin yoga. I really focused about having a good alignment, stretching and breathing. I think one of the most important thing in a yoga practice it is to coordinate movements and breaths, make me believe that is much more easier to be grounded in our practice.

If cancellation is less than 12h, 50% refund only. Moving to house for the classes, clients will need to pay the gaz. If it is group classes, more than 4 people it is 10$ per person. If it is private it is 45$.
