About Shane
As a committed Trumpet tutor with 8+ years of experience, I have successfully guided around 300 students from High School, College, and adult learning backgrounds. Teaching has allowed me to help learners improve their knowledge while building confidence through practical learning experiences.
My teaching philosophy is centered on patience, communication, and continuous improvement. I explain every topic using simple English and practical examples that make learning easier to understand. I encourage students to ask questions, think independently, and practice regularly.
My classes include structured lesson plans, demonstrations, practical exercises, progress tracking, and constructive feedback. I help students strengthen their basic knowledge before introducing advanced concepts, ensuring steady improvement and lasting confidence.
Teaching around 300 students has strengthened my passion for education. Watching learners achieve their goals continues to motivate me to provide high-quality, student-focused instruction.

My teaching philosophy is to make trumpet learning enjoyable, practical, and inspiring for every student. I prepare personalized lessons based on each student's experience, learning speed, and musical interests. My classes encourage steady progress while making music fun to learn.
Motivation is the heart of my teaching. I encourage students to believe in themselves, practice consistently, and appreciate every improvement they make. Small achievements become the foundation for bigger success.
Communication is essential in every lesson. I explain techniques using simple English, demonstrate every exercise carefully, and make sure students understand before moving ahead. I always encourage questions and open discussion.
Integrity guides my teaching approach. I provide constructive feedback with patience and respect while helping students build discipline and good practice habits.
Creativity helps students stay excited about learning. Lessons include breathing exercises, rhythm practice, articulation drills, tone-building activities, improvisation, and performance preparation.
Besides trumpet, I teach music theory, sight-reading, ear training, rhythm development, beginner composition, ensemble performance, and music appreciation. My goal is to help students become confident performers and lifelong learners.
