I am a strength and conditioning coach by trade as well as a certified mental performance coach. I have been an athlete and coach for over 20 years but more than that I am a father, and a husband. Everyone is good at dealing and improving the physical, we work hard at our ability to do the "thing" but once we start to struggle with the mental side of the equation the physical becomes almost impossible.
