About Lilian

I have a degree in Marketing from the University of Sonora. I study and speak English since I was born because I grew up in Nogales, near the U. S. border. At the age of 22 I did a student exchange in Spain, where I met people from all over the world, including: Germans, French, Italians and English, to whom I taught Spanish for 6 months.

About the lesson

I like to start by analyzing the student's current level of knowledge. I use teaching techniques with which students can feel familiar and increase their interest. My strengths: patience, punctuality and assertiveness. My courses are aimed at people with a current level of knowledge: A1, B1 and B2.

Well, their expectations are 1. catching the language as much as possible (do not translate, because they really appreciate the use of the target language), use mimics, and body language if necessary. 2. To convey meaning (make students relate something to something else) to find knowledge lasting and meaningful to their culture.
