About Xally
I am a student of Industrial Engineering and Engineering in Business Management in Anáhuac, in addition to practicing 3 martial arts (kendo, Taekwondo and karate) since I was 3 years old. I really enjoy teaching Taekwondo and math and would be happy to share my knowledge.

I teach from my experience as a national and international competitor, methods and techniques that helped in my development by the best coaches in Mexico, in addition to taking courses in Ontological Coaching and Executive Coaching and Training of High-Performance Teams by the Anahuac University Puebla. My classes are aimed at children 8 years and older with or without knowledge of taekwondo with the aim of generating discipline, self-defense, improvement of endurance and muscular strength, increased flexibility, development of coordination and reflexes; increasing children's skills and confidence to perform any other activity. Also aimed at those who are looking for a competitive sports taekwondo and want to learn the techniques that are currently successful in international competitions.
