About Annie

I have been running an IT Training business since 1999, based in Hertfordshire. I specialise in MS Office products, but have a wide range of experience in both the public and private sector. I have designed online training systems for the London Fire Brigade as well as writing manuals and training materials for many corporate customers.

About the lesson

Lessons are usually between 2 to 4 hour sessions. I am a qualified Microsoft Master Instructor which means I have passed an Advanced level qualification in five Microsoft Products. I have been running my own IT training business for more than 25 years. I can teach complete beginners up to an advanced level. I usually teach adults from a corporate environment, but have also taught teenagers, retirees and job seekers. I have a relaxed, friendly approach with lots of hands on exercises to build confident and independent students.

Perfect! Annie is amazing.
I have no I.T skills at all,but still Annie was understanding of my needs, explained everything in a calm professional manner.
I spent 4hrs with Annie and left feeling like I could do this.
Annie's approach was excellent from the first moment to the last.

This first lesson offered with Annie will allow you to get to know each other and clearly specify your needs for your next lessons.

Details

Lessons are a minimum of 2 hours per session, up to a maximum of 5 hours. I can travel anywhere in Hertfordshire or Greater London for a one day session (5 hours), but will add a charge to cover travel expenses from Welwyn Garden City. I recommend limiting online sessions to between 2 to 3 hours to aid concentration.
