My approach as a tutor is to make math clear, engaging, and confidence-building for every student. As a middle school math teacher and elementary administrator, I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt lessons to fit each student’s needs and learning style.
I use step-by-step instruction, guided practice, and interactive problem solving to help students truly understand concepts instead of just memorizing procedures. A typical lesson includes a quick review, clear examples, guided practice together, and independent practice with support and feedback.
What sets me apart is my classroom experience, patience, and ability to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing in confidence.
My lessons are best suited for elementary and middle school students, including Pre-Algebra, 6th Grade Math, 7th Grade Math, and Algebra 1.
