About Jacquelyn
I come from a nursing background, and have over thirty years experience in looking after clients following a holistic approach. I am presently working as a facilitator/mindfulness coach for a nationwide charity. My specialised subjects include: Confidence Building Workshops, Anxiety and Stress Workshops, and Tailoring Mindfulness to a group or individual. I ensure that every session has been developed by the group/individual attending. By using this approach, I have found that personal growth of the client(s) is far more effective when their input into the session(s) starts from the moment we meet.

My name is Jackie and I am a professional working in the third sector. I have a number of students (both pre nursing and counselling) who want to develop their coping mechanisms before starting their studies. I also have a number of clients who wish to manage their psychological needs in a way that benefits their work/life balance. In particular, the mindfulness workshops have aided a number of clients, with each session growing weekly.
