To begin with week one opens up introducing yourself and opening up about yourself and your world. After this I will write up a 5 week schedule which will include mindfulness challenges and sessions that help us in our day to day lives and improves our happiness and wellbeing. Mini exercises for everyday use will also be taught to the pupil over the 6 week sessions.
I have practised mindfulness and a number of programmes specialising in emotional well-being, healthy minds and handling/dealing with high pressure.
