About Presence

I am a year 13 student studying at CCHS grammar school. I study Maths, further maths, economics and psychology, I recieved grade 9 for GCSE maths and predicted A*A*A*A therefore also able to tutor Year 1 / AS Economics and Psychology

I achieved all 8s and 9s in GCSE, I firmly believe everything you do is 80% mindset, 20% strategy. I was once an E grade student however once I changed my mindset my academic record turned around 360 degrees. I can be your study buddy for A level as well as help you with AS level content and GCSE Maths. My passion is Economics and I have recieved offers from Warwick, Durham and Bath therefore also capable of helping you out with university applications since I have invested months in this process and I am very happy to share all the tips and mistakes to avoid when applying to university.

I studied in Hong Kong for 7 years, therefore, can also help with teaching Chinese.

About the lesson

i will send all my students questionnaire to understand their personal goals and what they want to achieve from my tutoring sessions. I will then try my best to met your needs , this may be explaining concepts you are unsure of , going over exam practise questions together. I will set small tasks for you to complete throughout the week and I will also use the last 5 minutes of each session to do some unique practises to increase your motivation and help you build a mindset that will improve your motivation and therefore help you achieve the grades you desire
