About Harshita
I am a choreographer, personal trainer, and aerialist with a passion for movement and empowering others to explore their physical potential. With a background spanning calisthenics, gymnastics, and aerial arts, I bring a unique blend of strength, grace, and technical precision to my teaching. My approach focuses on building a strong foundation through warm-up conditioning and skill progressions, ensuring that every student—whether beginner or advanced—can safely develop strength, mobility, and confidence. I specialize in online calisthenics and gymnastics training, as well as Aerial Hoop and Flying Pole, offering personalized guidance to help you master new skills and move with freedom. Through my work, I aim to inspire others to push their limits, embrace creativity, and discover the joy of movement!
