My teaching method is if you are a student, school before physical improvement/ self defense learning. I approach my lessons with workouts while learning moves. So your body will adapt to your moves as you continue. I teach step by step each and every move and workout.
I do MMA in my free time, Had one year of wrestling experience. I workout 3-5 times a week, while learning new moves each and everyday. I push people past their capabilities, mentally and physically. I taught 4 people so far. Currently teaching 2. Its all in the mind. You are your own limit. If you have hw I can also help with it. I want to be in the UFC as I progress my knowledge. I can also be your fitness instructor, if you do not want to learn to fight.
