Luka is a wonderful tutor who I have had the pleasure and privilege of being taught by during my GEMSAS MMI Preparation.

During our initial meeting, I instantly connected with Luka's maturity, warmth and holistic mindset. Luka is a friendly and approachable tutor who put in a lot of effort to adapt the sessions to my needs. He is knowledgeable and often sent me helpful tips during the week and always spent time making sure I understood concepts. I have had the pleasure of being tutored by Luka for 2/3 months for the Gamsat, through online on Discord (messaging service). This was initially through an open platform, in which Luka took the time to answer various questions I had related to Gamsat content. This then moved to a one-to-one setting, which has included screen sharing and microphones.

Coming from a non-science background, I have found section 3 of the Gamsat to be particularly challenging. However, Luka has been extremely patient and detailed in his explanations. He has taken the time work through questions and stems with me, showing step by step the process he would use to answer the questions. In addition to this, he has also developed and written his own thorough explanations and guidance on the content to provide me with sufficient knowledge and understanding in order to be able to answer further questions with more confidence.

I have found Luka to be personable and very knowledgeable. His own background in engineering gives him a unique way of looking at the problems the Gamsat presents. He is understanding of my own limitations and has made me feel supported and not undermined my lack of knowledge of the content.

I believe that being tutored by Luka for the Gamsat would be beneficial for many people that would like to improve on their S3 understanding and ability. Luka is consistent with his responses and as mentioned very detailed orientated. Luka endeavours to be thorough and ensures you have understood the explanations. As a 'mature' learner, the process of studying has been a tricky one, but Luka has made it easier and more engaging. I wholeheartedly recommend Luka's services and look forward to continuing my own learning with him.
