About Tisha
Violin instruction began for me at 5 years old through the Suzuki method. This early foundation guides how I teach you today by prioritizing listening before reading and imitation before analysis. Most of my students progress into regional and national youth orchestras as a result of this structured path.
Developing left-hand agility and shifting positions requires a blend of patience and focus. I emphasize correct posture and hold alongside intonation to build your confidence. Having taught for 13 years, I enjoy watching students refine their rhythm and tuning by ear.

Clarity defines the structure of my 6.0 hour curriculum focus. Instruction begins with a check of your posture and physical hold on the instrument.
We address bowing technique and left hand agility through repetition and ear training exercises. This approach ensures technical precision in every measure.
Students spend time refining rhythm and timing during these sessions. Consistency is the main goal for those aiming for youth symphony placements. Feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss your musical goals.
