About Vidhi
I’m Vidhi, a certified yoga instructor with over 3 years of experience teaching students from India and abroad. I've guided classes in Kerala and Himachal, focusing on flexibility, mobility, mindfulness, and pranayama. Currently pursuing my diploma from Yoga Alliance Rishikesh Yoga School, I offer safe, personalized yoga sessions using props and verbal cues — no physical touch involved. My classes are unique because they blend traditional yoga with modern needs — perfect for beginners, office workers, seniors, and anyone looking to build strength and calm. Every class is tailored to your body, pace, and energy.
