About Matthew
I am a young person with a keen interest in Maths and English, particularly the creative sides of both. I was a top performing student for the majority of my school career and have since then spent many years working with children and young people.
I am fascinated by problems and creative solutions and this is something I love to discuss with and nurture in anyone with whom I work.

Lesson Structure is flexible depending on the tutee's needs.
We start with a discussion about the subject's topics, what's working/isn't working/needs a bit of clarification or support, then we dive into exercises or past paper questions, potentially throw in a relevant activity or two, and then closing thoughts and discussing topics for the next session.
Lessons typically last around an hour, but this can be negotiated and changed if it needs to be.
I have about two years of experience as a tutor of Maths and English to children and young teenagers up to GCSE level and would also be happy to take a crack at A-Level topics with those who want to push themselves.
