About Andrea
I am Andrea, originally from the UK, and I can provide students at all levels tutoring in Spanish and/or French.
I have experience teaching students from different educational backgrounds at primary, secondary and University levels, both in Australia and overseas.
I hold a bachelors degree in Modern Languages from Durham University in the United Kingdom, and have spent time in Spain and France developing my cultural competency in professional and academic settings.
I recognise every student has their own learning approach, interests, strengths and motivations. I make my lessons as engaging as possible through interactive activities and educational multimedia platforms.
Experience
2015: Employment as an English Language Assistant in a secondary school in Béziers, France (Lycée Henri IV)
2018-2019: Tutoring adult English as a second language speakers for IELTS exams
2018-2019: Volunteer tutor to primary-aged children in Maths and English
2019-2021: Private tutoring to secondary school students in French & Spanish

I am available to teach Spanish & French on a flexible basis during the week or on weekends, online or in person. I teach at primary, secondary and university levels of all ages, as well as casual learners.
