About KAIDI

I am a graduate of Wuhan Foreign Languages School, one of the top high schools in Wuhan, China, where I developed a strong academic foundation. I furthered my education at Monash University, earning an honors degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in business. My academic journey has equipped me with the discipline and critical thinking skills necessary to approach language education with a professional and structured methodology.

With 19 years of experience living in China and a passion for education, I bring not only language expertise but also a deep cultural understanding to my tutoring. I design lessons that are tailored to each student’s level and learning style, ensuring a productive and engaging learning environment.

About the lesson

Approach to Tutoring and Teaching Methodology:

My approach to tutoring is based on my deep understanding of both the Chinese language and culture, gained from living in China for 19 years. I focus on making language learning engaging by incorporating real-life examples, cultural insights, and interactive activities. I adapt my teaching methods depending on the student's level, using conversation practice, writing exercises, and reading comprehension techniques to help students improve their language skills naturally and confidently.

Typical Lesson Length:

Each lesson typically lasts 60 minutes, but I am flexible and can adjust based on the student's individual needs and learning pace.

Qualifications and Experience:

I hold a master’s degree from Monash University, and while I am new to formal tutoring, my extensive experience living in China allows me to provide authentic language instruction and cultural insights. My passion for language and communication motivates me to help students succeed in learning Chinese.
