About Nacho
I am 19 years old and I have been exercising since I was 15. At 14 I weighed 75 kg and measured 1.67. It made me feel bad about myself and it was not the life I wanted to take. Calisthenics and music changed my life. I have been able to inspire several people to make the change, I want to encourage you to do it too

My teaching methods regarding exercise are quite contrary to what any gym coach would tell you.
