I believe in student centered learning approach. I make sure that the students understand the concepts thoroughly to enable them to solve any kind of a theoretical or project oriented assignments and tasks in their respective subject areas.
I adopt the method of giving live and realistic examples that the students get to see around them so that they cab correlate the concepts instead of memorizing them.
