About Edward
Forty forty years and four careers, I have navigated my way through a variety of challenges in the halls of finance or in the realities of conflict zones. Truthfully, I have succeeded and I have failed, giving me an insight in how to assist struggling students.

Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I understand that, while business English is dummied down enough to learn quickly, English itself may be the most difficult language to master. Additionally, I work hard to make sure that students learn to write well.

Though I have taught all ages in applying my CELTA training, my most effective teaching involves adults learning English for professional reasons in the private or public sectors. Often, the teaching ranges beyond simple instruction into advisory discussions. This focusses vocabulary acquisition on what these people need.
