About Zion
With 6 years of teaching and professional experience, I am a committed Piano tutor who enjoys guiding students through every stage of learning. I teach piano to school and college students and focus on making lessons enjoyable, clear, and motivating.
A significant milestone in my career was designing personalised lesson plans that allow students to learn at their own pace. This approach has helped learners stay consistent, motivated, and confident in their abilities.
My lessons cover posture, finger exercises, hand coordination, rhythm, music reading, and musical expression. I also teach basic music theory to strengthen understanding and help students progress independently.
I believe piano education fosters patience, focus, creativity, and self-confidence. Music provides a way for students to express themselves and develop discipline, resilience, and emotional awareness.

I use real-life examples and case studies, such as performing favourite songs, exploring classical works, and demonstrating music’s applications in films, performances, and daily life. Beyond piano, I teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, ear training, improvisation, composition, and performance preparation, providing students with a complete musical education. My methodology nurtures creativity, technical mastery, performance confidence, and a lifelong love for music, helping students grow into expressive, skilled, and confident pianists.
