Aautosync innovations (Chitkara University):
Graduate Trainee (1st August 2015 - July 2016)
During my working at Aautosync I had a varied portfolio to manage, following are the verticals:
• TEAM LAKSHYA
1. Project Management for all the Vehicles fabricated under Team Lakshya participating in various competitions across the year.
2. Cost Management and Budgeting for all the Vehicles and making sure they stick to their budgets.
3. Design and Development of the Formula Student Vehicle participating in the FS-UK 2016.
4. Technical Evaluation of BAJA Vehicle.
5. Design and Testing of the Super Mileage Vehicle.
6. Conducting Concept Clearing and Improvement workshops, guiding them technically and managerially.
7. Team Recruitment and Task Evaluation and grading all the engineers working under Team Lakshya.
8. Conduct and management of all automotive events at the campus or elsewhere for all the vehicles under Team Lakshya.
• School of Mechanical Engineering:
1. Coordination with ME Dept. and RASCO Automotive for smooth conduction of the 3D Engineering course conducted.
2. Introduction to 3D printing as an extension to 3D scanning for the Mechanical Engineering students.
3. Setting up of an in-house lab for 3D printing by developing and installing a 3D Printer for the Mechanical Engineering student to work upon.
4. Conduction of Monthly Workshops for students on various software's TOOLS.
5. Developing courseware for various automotive software's which can be offered to the students as part-time, internship courses for improving their technical skills.
6. Conduction of CNC Operation Workshops for students
7. Introducing Engine Tuning and EFI courseware for the students to help them understand automotive engines better.
• AAUTOSYNC
1. Coordination for the smooth operations of all the activities of Aautosync and introducing newer technologies to the university.
2. Management and Evaluation of all the interns working with Aautosync with complete tracking and reporting of their development and performance.
3. Managing all the projects allocated to the interns such as CIS Work, E-Pillbox, Solar Lamp, Vintage Cars, Off-roading, Sports Engineering, CATIA Design, and Industrial Automation projects etc.

We believe in community innovation techniques and aim to provide hotbed for new and path breaking innovations. There are 2 projects that we are undergoing right now:
