About Nathaniel
I am currently a Race Car Mechanic with a passion for engineering, design and helping others develop their technical skills.
Through my degree and practical experience in the motorsport industry, I have developed an understanding of how engineering concepts are applied to real-world projects. I have experience using AutoCAD for 2D drawings, including floor plans in my 6th form work experience in Interior Design, as well as working with SolidWorks on engineering design projects.
Alongside my technical experience, I have spent time mentoring and supporting other students and team members, helping them build confidence, understand new concepts and develop practical skills. I enjoy breaking down complex topics into simple, manageable steps so that learning feels accessible and rewarding.
I aim to make my AutoCAD lessons friendly, interactive and practical, adapting each session to suit your experience and goals. Whether you're a complete beginner, a student working on an engineering or design course, or someone looking to improve their drafting skills, I'm happy to help you progress at a pace that works for you.
Outside of engineering, I enjoy motorsport, music and drumming. I'm approachable, patient and enthusiastic about helping others learn, and I look forward to helping you build your AutoCAD skills and confidence!

My approach to tutoring is friendly, patient and tailored to each student's individual needs and goals. I understand that learning new software such as AutoCAD can feel challenging at first, so I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and developing their skills at their own pace.
As a Motorsport Engineering graduate, I have experience using CAD software and applying engineering principles to practical projects. I have also worked with students and team members in motorsport, helping them develop their knowledge, improve their confidence and learn new technical skills.
My lessons focus on a practical, hands-on approach, allowing students to follow demonstrations and work through exercises step by step. Whether you are completely new to AutoCAD or looking to improve your existing skills, I will adapt each session to suit your experience, learning style and objectives.
My goal is to help every student develop a strong understanding of AutoCAD, become more confident using the software independently and gain skills they can apply to their studies, projects or future career.
