About Nitant
I am a Movement Artist and Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner with over 15 years of experience teaching, performing, and facilitating body-mind awareness. I completed my studies at the Attakkalari Centre for Movement Arts, Bangalore (2010), and since then have led workshops, classes, and performances in India and internationally. My passion is Somatic Movement Exploration — a gentle, awareness-based practice that combines the Feldenkrais Method with creative movement principles. These sessions help you: Improve posture, flexibility, and coordination Relieve tension Increase body awareness and movement efficiency Enhance creativity and performance skills Who My Classes Are For Whether you’re new to movement, a performer looking to refine your craft, or someone seeking to move with greater ease, my lessons are designed to suit your needs, pace, and goals.
