I offer a gentle approach but am serious about helping you! My skill, primarily, is in listening to you and helping you to discern what goals you might want to set and in which direction. The second help is to track with you and help you achieve your goals - big or small. Personally when I have a mentor I am more focussed. If you work solo, for example, as a creative and or wanting to make changes in your life having someone from the outside supporting you I can help.
I am a qualified teacher (PGCE) and was a director of Adventure of living - a course designed to help people think about their passions and skills and where they would like to apply them. I also mentored some of the class in goal setting. I have also training in listening and reflecting.
