About Sudarshan
I am a student of Political Science by passion and pursuing my profession as an Assistant Professor. I have 8 years of teaching experience. I hold MA and MPhil degree and I am in the final stage of my PhD work. I was a recipient of 'Erasmus Mundus' PhD foreign fellowship to the University of Warsaw, Poland. I have published academic papers in journals and presented papers in several international seminars and conferences. I wish to continue my passion for the subject so I wish to remain a student. Reciprocal to it I also wish to shoulder the responsibility of transferring the gained knowledge back to society.

I wish to see the academic culture of a class from a student-centric perspective. I provide background information about the next day class to the students. I ask the students to come with the basic reading on it. On the next day, it is the specified student who will be beginning the class by providing the basic contour of the subject matter and then the advanced part of the subject will be taken by me and at the end of the class; the students are made to take part in the discussion. In some class, the findings of the cases or investigations or any report related to the subject will be placed before the students and then they will be asked to address or solve the issue from their perspective. I also wish to play films related to the subject as an effective way of learning, which will be followed by discussion. So the emphasis is given to keep the class interactive. Students are facilitated with a larger platform to hone their basic skills of academic proficiency through writing articles, book reviews and presenting papers in seminars and conferences.
