About Sai Sandhya

I am an MSc Accounting & Finance graduate from Cardiff Metropolitan University and an ACCA part-qualified finance professional with over 4 years of accounting experience. I have a genuine passion for helping students understand accounting in a simple, clear and practical way.

I enjoy teaching because I know that accounting can sometimes feel complicated or overwhelming, especially when preparing for exams. I have supported friends and colleagues academically by explaining difficult topics, working through questions with them and helping them prepare confidently for exams.

My goal is to make students feel comfortable asking questions and never feel judged for not understanding something. I am patient, approachable and happy to explain a concept in different ways until it makes sense.

Whether you are starting from the basics or preparing for an important exam, I want to help you build both your understanding and confidence in accounting.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching is simple: I want every student to understand the “why” behind accounting, not just memorise formulae or definitions. I use a friendly, patient and student-focused approach, breaking difficult topics into simple steps and using flowcharts, diagrams, examples and practical explanations to make concepts easier to understand and remember.

I adapt my teaching style to each student’s level, learning pace and individual needs. Whether you are preparing for GCSE, AAT, Intermediate or university-level accounting, I aim to create a comfortable environment where you can ask questions without hesitation and build confidence step by step.

I have regularly supported friends and colleagues with accounting topics, helping them understand challenging concepts, work through questions and prepare effectively for exams. I focus on exam preparation as well as building a strong understanding of the subject, so students can approach questions with confidence rather than relying on memorisation.

Lessons can typically be structured around your current level, topics you find difficult, practice questions and exam preparation. My goal is to make accounting feel clear, manageable and less intimidating.
