About Padmini
About Me
Hi, I'm Padmini Menon, a postgraduate Chemistry graduate from Mar Ivanios College, Kerala, where I completed my Master's degree with First Class.
I believe Chemistry can sometimes feel intimidating because there are many concepts, formulas and reactions to remember, but with the right explanation and regular practice, it can become much easier and more interesting.
As a tutor, I want to create a friendly and comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions without hesitation. I focus on explaining concepts in simple language, using examples and practice questions to make sure the student actually understands what they are learning.
Since I am beginning my tutoring journey, I am committed to preparing properly for each student's syllabus and adapting my teaching according to their individual needs.
My goal is simple: to help students understand Chemistry, become more confident in the subject, and realize that Chemistry doesn't have to be as difficult as it first seems!

My classes are designed for students in Classes 8–10 who want to understand Chemistry in a simple and clear way rather than just memorizing concepts.
• Free 1-hour introductory session: We will first discuss the student's syllabus, current level, learning needs and the topics they would like help with.
• Concept-based learning: Each topic will be explained step-by-step using simple explanations, examples and presentations.
• Study materials: I will provide concise PPTs/short notes to help students revise the important concepts after the class.
• Practice in every session: We will solve questions together during the class to make sure the concepts are understood properly.
• Doubt clarification: Students can ask questions freely during the session, and difficult concepts will be explained again in a different way when needed.
• Chapter-end practice: After completing a chapter, we will work through previous-year or exam-style questions where applicable.
• Quick revision: At the end of each chapter, students will receive a concise summary covering the key concepts, important points and formulas to focus on.
My aim is to make Chemistry less intimidating and help students gradually become more confident in understanding and solving Chemistry problems
